What Are the Bounce House Rules?
There are no shoes, food, drinks, gum, face paint, confetti, silly string, glitter, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc., pets, sharp or hot objects, or jewelry allowed on the bounce house as this can cause unintentional damage to the inflatable. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the inflatable. If any face paint gets on the bounce house the lessee will be held responsible for replacement costs.
Adult supervision is always required.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to book. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you will be able to reschedule for any future date in the calendar year.

What if I Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your $100 non-refundable deposit and you will be able to reschedule for any future date in the calendar year. When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date. We ask as a courtesy that you give us as much notice as possible when canceling and/or rescheduling.
Are Your Rentals Clean?
Yes! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use. We are committed to ensure our clients are in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.
Can I Move The Bounce House Once It’s Setup and the Boji Bash team has left?
The inflatable is not to be moved or taken down by anyone other than an employee of Boji Bash. This could cause unintentional damage to the inflatable. The lessee could be held liable for damages if they occur.
Can I Add-On Balloon Garlands With My Rental?
Yes! Please refer to the Balloon page to see what Boji Bash has to offer. A basic 9ft balloon garland can be added to your inflatable rental for $180 – no install fees! We do not authorize outside vendor or self balloon attachment to the bounce houses to eliminate the chance of damage.
How long are the balloons guaranteed to last?
We only use professional-grade materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
Indoor balloon garlands can last weeks (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific length of time because various factors including sun, heat, wind, and rain, affect the lifespan of the balloons.
Does the Price Include Delivery & Set Up?
Delivery + set up within a 10 mile radius of Spirit Lake is FREE. If your event is located outside of this area, we will contact you upon booking with the additional delivery fee information. If you would like to know the cost of delivery prior to booking your rental, please contact us!
What Surfaces Do You Set Up On?
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to an outlet is required for all events as we do not offer generators.
What Time is Set Up & Pick Up?
We deliver/set up 45-60 minutes prior to your event. Pickup is at the end of your scheduled event time. Please plan accordingly for an additional allotted amount of time afterwards for inspection/take down. If a different delivery/pick up time is needed for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
What Is Your Bad Weather Policy?
Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 20 mph. No exceptions. If it is raining the day of your event and your event is outdoors, the deposit will be held and you will be able to reschedule for any future date in the calendar year.
What Form of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payment via Venmo, Apple Pay, cash, or check. Payment is due in full the week of your event date.
Can I attach balloon garlands/streamers/signs/vinyl to the bounce house myself?
No. Boji Bash is the only authorized entity that can attach any sort of decoration to the bounce houses. Securing any personal decoration to the inflatable is not permitted under any circumstances. This could cause unintentional damage to the inflatable. The lessee could be held liable for damages if they occur. This includes but is not limited to balloon garlands, streamers, banners, vinyl or adhesive, etc.
What If the Inflatable Does Not Fit In The Intended Space Upon Setup?
All inflatable dimensions are listed on our website. It is the clients responsibility to ensure there is enough space where you would like your inflatable to be set up. If there is not enough space to set up the inflatable upon arrival, we may refuse setup and retain full payment.
How much do the balloons cost?
We use professional grade, biodegradable latex balloons for our installs. These balloons will last far longer than an Amazon kit, the colors you choose will be rich and vibrant, and you won’t have to worry about having a skimpy setup after doing all the work by yourself! Balloons are priced by the foot, so please have the measurements of your space ready! Grab + Gos are a budget friendly option – we do the creating and you do the installing at home with the help of our instruction!
How long does a balloon install take?
This depends on the complexity of your install. We typically blow up most balloons before we come to install, but sometimes our design needs a couple finishing touches once we install at your location. We will keep you updated once you place your order on the install time needed before your event.
How do you hang the balloons?
We try to use existing anchor points when installing, but if there are none we will use frog tape + adhesive 3m hooks to hang from walls/flooring, etc. These items will not cause damage to your location. If you need a freestanding balloon garland there will be an additional charge for a weighted stand that you can keep or dispose of after your event.
